TuffSkin is designed to be replaceable. The protective function lasts at least 10 years, but the aesthetic appearance is affected by how the surface is used. Over time, normal wear and minor scratches may lead to replacing the protection for cosmetic reasons. This is comparable to how an unprotected stone

If you believe the product has a defect covered by the warranty, a claim should be submitted via the TuffSkin website (Note: This process is unclear\u2014please review the entire page carefully). The claim must include a copy of the original invoice and photos clearly showing the issue. If the defect is approved under the warranty, we will remove the defective film and replace it with a new one at no cost.
